ABOUT US
Bor Legal Consultancy was founded in Istanbul in October 2018 by Güley Bor. The firm moved its offices to Urla, Izmir in December 2025.
Prior to launching Bor Legal Consultancy, Güley worked with an international law firm on litigation and arbitration. Since establishing her solo practice in 2018, she has worked with international organizations, international and local non-governmental organizations, universities, companies, and individuals, often in collaboration with other lawyers and consultants.
As a practitioner, Güley regularly consults with international organizations and local and international NGOs, and represents individuals and companies in private law matters. Further details are available under Focus Areas.
Güley holds a B.A. in Law from Bilkent University (2013), an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2017), and an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex (2024). She is registered with the Izmir Bar Association and the New York State Bar.
